i think, the installer game still stay in ams folder. And this folder not show in normall condition
you can see this folder use bluftp apps (java)
and delet all of copied game n apps
sory for my bad english xixixi...

1. go to your local Sonyericsson workshop (or some phone-workshop) there they have a EMMA device)
2. flash your
phone and Voilá it probably will stop lagging.
3. they can ALSO erase (
format) your M2/Micro card if you want so.
