another thing to consider is that by current rumours, iPhone 5 won't be available as usual in June, but will be some months later.
So lets say its 6 months from now at earliest based on that:-
1. The choice is a phone that is available now or one whose availability is unknown
2. The way
is going there will be an Arc 2 announced by then!

Based on other rumours i read are that that IP5 has already gone into production and one very official source from within Apple also confirmed on twitter that the IP5 is almost ready to launch so who knows?

as the WWDC in June is where iOS 5 is expected to be unveiled to developers (i.e. beta), if the iPhone 5 is released before the usual 2 months beta testing is complete would mean delivering the new phone with "old" iOS 4.x which somehow doesn't seem like what Apple would do, especially as the new phones each year usually have new hardware that require the new iOS.
we'll see...

I really don't think they will remove the home button and replace it with these complex 5 finger gestures people are talking about. The whole point in iOS is that it's simple and easy to use, the home button is pretty self explanatory and really concinient, it would be disappointing if they removed it, but I assume they won't.
The camera will almost certainly be 8MP as most people see MP to be the most important factor of picture quality.
That picture seems to be pretty accurate, I'm surprised about the display size when I first heard the rumour, wonder how they will deal with battery life...

According to
this Apple will release the iPhone 5 in the forth week of June in a separate event from WWDC 2011

i would rather kill myself then pay ~£600 for a cellphone just to get a bloody Apple-label on it..................(yeh, the Apple-label cost about £300-400)
cant understand why the most
overrated cellphone (Iphone 4) have been so famous....
(well, i know one thing)......here in Sweden its 80% young nerds and middle age Yuppies who think they are soooo updated IF they have a iphone 4.

I hardly think that 2 Korean networks will get the iPhone 5 first, and if iOS5 is announced to developers on 6th June, 4 weeks is not enough for beta testing and producing apps etc unless Apple already have a very polished 1st beta release. In fact its not even 4 weeks as the iOS has to be in the phone already on release so the lead time for that needs to be taken into account.
anyway... in regards to the topic, does the availability of the iPhone 5 (or not) affect the decision of which phone to choose?

Yes of course these are just only rumours and your right it isn't likely that 2 korean networks will get the iphone 5 first guess we will have to wait and see what happens in June if at all?
Yes the availability of the iphone 5 does affect my decision as i'm still torn between the two and my choice will be a lot easier to make once the IP5 is announced
