Yes it's my main phone now. I don't find the screen small it's just a tad larger than the Ray. Beautifully sharp and bright. The camera images are not too bad they are around 1.35mb in size average which is larger than the Mini devices cams. I like it Its nice Sony have made a quality dual core budget device and for £169 I ain't complaining. It loads web pages fast. I left it on charge in my room and went to have dinner. Came back and in the darkness of my room I could see I had a message and my Xperia U was lit up like Las Vegas it looked ace

Only things I hate so far is camera button feels bit spongy and the back speaker is a little weedy and slightly distorted. Hope Sony can sort that in an update but perhaps not as it's hardware I guess. Really I am using it for browsing texting photos etc not music so not fussing over 4 gig. No reboots so far In the box I got a black and pink cap for the bottom am not using pink one Texting is fast which makes a change from Xperia phones of old which were slow in typing.

Using Three network the Xperia U has amazingly crisp call clarity. My dad said on the other end I sounded as good as a landline. Has a very sensitive mic

Soft touch plastic is nice on the back and sides. The fast capture feature is useless and not fast at all. It seems fiddly and it is not even close to how fast the HTC One series cameras are. But still love it
