These are court cases from over half a year to a few years ago now. no need to get all tisick about it all.
iPod Nano (with touch screen) is 2 years old .. predates Lumia.
iPod Nano 2012/2013 .. mimics the 3rd gen Nano from several years ago in shape, just the border. The two tone color in no way resembles Lumia ... you guys are seriously reaching. Im not going to argue this as I'm also sick of the patent wars ... and this pointless bickering ... I'm off to learn about SharePoint 2010 and comment on more worthwile subjects.

Yeah I feel that, I own a company that makes golden anal beads and dildos for men. Last week we received a letter from Apple lawyers. Turns out they have already patented expensieve toys for queers...

ok the iphone 5 is out, why is it still getting coverage, the sg3 wasn't as bad as this, I really do think Apple pay every news agency to keep the hype flowing, and for what an average phone with which specs from a 2010 phone already have now tell me is that insane?
what is so good about Apple? tell me straight up why I should fork out on one? I ask this question because I now I just want some advice? I had an iphone 4 and really didn't set my world alight so is this a big jump? if someone says as apps well all platforms now have as good variety and have Apple got swype? no? that's an innovative feature!
