All phones are great! It depends on what is your type. I like all phones that have the new Symbian OS.
Sony Ericsson, Samsung, Nokia and other manufacturers did a good job of incorporating newer technologies to their phones.

Yes he wants a phone with a best camera but it's logical to me that if you want a good camera and you don't care if it is a 7250 or a p800 than the best solution is to buy a t610 and a small camera maybe exlim (that way you can take your phone and the camera and if you forgot your camera you can even take a pic with the t610)
PS: If he buys a 3650 it would be like packing two t610 or a t610 and a camera so why buy a 3650 if you have enough money to buy a ferrari
