I think they are just trying to come up with a reason to please the higher management . Cook some news to coast their state of the art and "better" than TSMC fabrication and make some news to boast and distract a little hahahahahahaha

They did not translate well, at least chrome built-in translator says Semicon wishes to sell this. Does not say anything of xperia. Also, makes zero sense to make super wide go 26mm with optical zoom if at 26mm you can use primary camera. Would make sense if it was for example 13-20mm.
