i have been with tmobile (formerly one to one) since 1994. I wonder why. I have always had to put up with handsets that frankly don't do much and network services that are as old as i have been with the network!
I find that in the past 8 years, i have had to buy handsets offline and often at full retail price. What do other tmobile users think of the network and the availability of good quality phones with useful functions. I have just had a chat with tmobile sales and their argument is that they do much more rigorous testing than all the other networks and that customers seem to prefer that.
I for one am having to fork out a fortune to call all my mates who started on tmobile as they've all now moved to other networks (cross network charges).
Tmobile sales have no indication of when the P800 will be available on the network or even if it will ever be.
Is it time to jump ship? We do not even have GPRS...
