Mobipocket Reader Pro is an e-book reader... any book made for Mobipocket (Palm, PPC, Psion, etc..) can be read by any Mobipocket Reader. You can either opt for the free Reader, or the Pro version.

I don't use it for literature... I bought the Oxford Language set, and a few other reference books. And I have Time, Newsweek & CNN automatically sync with the reader.

www.mobipocket.com

I only had the trial version of World Mate... 21 uses then it disables itself. Was very useful while it lasted... but I'll wait a while... I still don't feel it's worth $20... if you don't mind the inconvenience of 2 apps... Currency Converter is a free app and syncs to a financial server for Forex updates, and you can use the built-in clock of the P800 for one other city... it may not look as fancy as World Mate... but it is FREE.

Shame Handy Safe is so expensive. I recommend Safe over Handy Safe simply because it only costs $9 while Handy Safe costs $20 for the same level of data encryption

I also use TipicME (free) for ICQ,AIM,Yahoo,MSN. I'm glad Opera is free.

The Shopping List app looks useful and it's one of the things on my shopping list You can find it on your P800 when you download AppForge.

Other apps for the P800 can be found on http://my-symbian.com

I paid for 3 very good apps and it is HandyDay, HandySafe and World Mate. Heard that Safe is nearly the same as HandySafe but here u got HandySafe for desktop included and it works great together and don't think there is a desktop apps to Safe. One apps no one mentioned is myBuddies which is a really good apps and I would defently pay $20 if it was shareware. This message was posted from a P800
