Well you have to change the name of the petition from Java to mophun.

Because they will never port Java to t68, why? Because its to slow on their phone. What they can do is to port mophun, (not morphun). mophun is a game engine that is much faster than Java and therefore they can run mophun games on the t68. In fact there are a few t68 phones out there that have a early version with mophun on them, because they were used to test mophun on before the T300 was released.

So change the name...

Its also mentioned at http://www.xonio.com/news/news_10247437.html?tid1=7400&tid2=0
the biggest German Website for mobile-phones !!!

(I sent the link of the petition with some short text there, and Xonio added it to it's news).

I could only recommend you the send the petition link to other mobile-websites and magazines. If the petition gets more public we will have more people petitioning. And maybe then Mophun!

You wrote this mail to the Support-Center, did you. Well the support center does not know about further upgrades and so they always say "There will be no upgrade".
You have to contact the developers or managers of the T68i to get an adeqate answer for your question.

Reply for another posting:
The T68i hardware IS ABLE to run Mophun. Before Mophun was ported to T300 it was tested on T68i. These T68i with the Mophun-firmwares were only available for the developers of the Mophun-platform. Maybe they didn't give it to us customers because they thought a "business phone" like the T68(i) need no downloadable games (what a fault!!!!).

Keep signing the petition and send Mails to SE in which you tell them that you want Mophun on T68i (but only one time each - I dont want to organize a denial-of-service attack ).
If we are enough people we will maybe get it ...

adios, Hajaj

@haj Do you have any idea of what the target # of petitions SE would consider to implement such major upgrade(again)?2k.5k.10k? I do hope they implement such one last upgrade(from r7a). This message was posted from a T68i
