SE have taken the ICQ program out of the list of features, so itwon't come with the phone but you'll be able to download it seperately

Actually, just coming to think of it, the two indicator lights (signal and Bluetooth) should be put onto the T610. I got a T300 and it hasn't got the green light! It's one of Ericsson's traditions and it shouldn't be omitted. I really miss that. This message was posted from a T300

Doh,
I only just noticed the t610 doesn't appear to have blue or green indicator lights.

That sucks, I have my on all the time just because the blue light looks so funky.

Damnit, I want my blue light!

yeah... video clip and a memory slot will be the best thing that can happend to t610.

But adding a memory slot to the T610 would involve a complete redesign of the whole unit - it isn't something that would be included in an 'i' upgrade. It isn't there in the first place because there simply isn't room for it along with all the other features while maintaining such a small form factor.

Adding an 'i' to a model name implies minimal change to the phone hardware and mainly firmware change. This is the same with any product naming. Significantly different products have significantly different names.

@SCORPIONKING1982

Can you verify this with a link?

I *really* hope it isn't...the joysticks tend to be disfunctional enough without sticking a LED on it :-/

If what scorpionking said was true about an indicator light, then I'll drool over it even more...however you must admit it's a rather stupid place to put it...just looking at my T300...can't imagine the LED there! By the way, I'm not obsessed about a little light...I just find it useful! Same as jalu, give us a link scorpionking! Thanks! This message was posted from a T300

I couldn't agree more BOYI! The best place to put the light(s) are at the top, either side of the Sony Ericsson sign, just like the T68i/m. Just thinking about the design, SE is really clever because instead of making the phone longer to hold the bigger screen, they use up the space at the top. I salute you SE!
