I hate Nokias because they virtually have a new phone out every week, and they are virtually the SAME - take the 6100 and the 5100 for example - they have similar things - why don't they make one with the features from both of them?? Also just to let people know that I absolutely hate Nokias, their menus are totally crap! Icons are much easier, like SE and Panasonic. This message was posted from a T300

Nokia annoy me.....

I have owned a nokia 8210 and liked it but now I have a T68i and wonder how I ever done without it!

Just in case this has'nt been mentioned b4......SE:se: ROCK!!!!:D

But some of my friends own the Nokia 7210, AND PEOPLE AUTOMATICALLY ASUME THAT IT IS BETTER THAN MY FONE JUST BECAUSE IT IS A NOKIA! there are only 2 people in my whole school (including me) that own T68is or for that matter SEs.

T68i has many features that the 7210 does not. And in my opinion looks nicer too.

Last year I had a 3320. It just quit working.
At first it would just shut itself down. Two months later it wouldn't turn on and finally it erased all my contacts list and restored itself to factory settings.

Later I learned it was a deffective software on the first batch of that particular model.

It was my first and last Nokia.

OK I confess that I had a 6610 previously but that didn't last more than FOUR days - the speaker was screwed I think. Overuse of radio on speaker maybe?? :-( That was my first and last Nokia...I promised myself not to fall in love with a Nokia again. This message was posted from a T300

There are so many people at my college who own T68is and know how to use them - the other day i did a bluetooth search and found four devices in my immediate vicinity - after sending each of them an animated gif, i found three were t68i users and were very pleased to recieve a cool James Bond screensaver for their phones. The fourth, who we couldn't find for ages, turned out to be a 7650 user, who had no idea what bluetooth was, or that he had it, and would not believe us when we were telling him that it didn't cost him anything. I don't hate Nokias; I hate stupid people - it's just that they tend to get grouped together rather often.

I think they produce phones that are just as good as any other, but they charge too much - because they're the common denominator and so quite simply, they just can.

I had a play with the 7650 and I thought it was great - I haven't seen the P800 so I can't comment. I think all this 'SE rulz, N*kia sux' thing is ridiculous and childish - at least argue your point properly.

I dislike Nokia more but for good reason; I'm a WAP developer and every time I write a feature or try to make use of what should be a better method of implementation, it doesn't work/looks worse on a Nokia. The technical features that I mentioned in my 'WAP 2.0' post ALWAYS have exceptions for Nokia phones.

For example, most phones on WAP have a limit to how much data they can handle. They usually make this known via a header. The Nokia headers are nearly always wrong! Why? It's so simple!

Isn't that typical - a thick person who doesn't know how to use a phone, especially a smart brick whose BT isn't even fully functioning. This message was posted from a T300
