You seem pretty convinced but appear more hostile to SE than the phone.
As for me it is the best phone I have ever had and the best PDA. My iPAQ had far more problems. The convenience of this smartphone is more appreciated every day. I am still finding out more things that I can do with this phone.

Maybe you don't really know what your missing. Good luck to you in trying to get anything as good. Maybe Nokia will come up with something later but this phone is here and now and available in most countries which is no mean acheivement.

U, attention seeker watchanameagain p800 hater..... u might want to consider waiting for the siemens sx1, it boasts the same features as the p800 in a sleeker package.. the keypads are in the left and right, extremities, so u need both ur hands to input text. And for the looks its undoubtedly better than the p800. but not touch screen and not sure if it can view web pages. btw, im a p800 owner, and shares the same opinion about this phone as anyone in this forum, that its the best phone out in the market. . . .

Well... I will be getting rid of my P800 as soon as I get my hands on a T610. I've been using the T68i and T68 since they came out and they work great with the ipaqs using bluetooth.

I currently use an ipaq 5450 so the P800 is a bit of duplicate functionality and the ipaq screen is heaps better. The P800 was just a novelty thing I guess as I had a bit of cash in my pocket when I had an opportunity to get it at end of January.

I must say that the P800 has been an improvement over the Nokia communicators I tried a couple of years back but I still prefer this T68i (or T610)/ipaq combo for this overall functionality.

The filemanager isn't actually 3rd party software.....

I've had no problems with mine so far. A few lock ups but nothing a restart won't fix.. Doesn't matter anyway. Has happened once this month...

Yep you can buy the jacket, but it makes it even more bulky than it allready is and why should you have to fork out for extra's when it should all be compatible in the first place.

oh well, that's Sony for ya.

enjoy your P800's,

cheers
