One thing that uses power, is GPRS. If you turn it off in the settings (so that you don't see a blue triangle by the reception-meter), it will automatically start when you start your browser.

I don't know if this saves battery, but it might.

Who is said that discharging a Li-Polymer does more harm than good?!!
My P800 battery stay up for 3 days (btw my battery level now is 11% and the last full charge was at Friday 9th at 1.30am and today is Monday 12th 9.00am …. So what do you think ??) some times when I make a long calls daily (70 or 80 minutes) the battery stays for 2 days.
so you have to full discharge the battary then charge it again (completely) to get the max performance of the battary.
