oh i see.. wel ive found it at £169.99 orange just talk on avrmobiles and £199.99 orange payg from phones4u. im liking these cheap prices.

does orange also offer an unlock code for £20? I think vodafone offer this service that they send you an unlock code for 20 quid. anyone?

I asked if they would unlock my contract phone and they said NO. Is this just for PAYG phone then?

They can unlock any Orange Customers phone providing the unlock code is available from the manufacturer.
They will charge you £20 if you are out of contract or on Pay as You Go.
If you are in contract they charge you £20 plus the remaining line rental on the contract before they will unlock the phone.

So if you buy a PAYG Orange phone, you can call them the same day and get it unlocked for £20?
I just got off the phone with Orange and they said they unlock PAYG for £20 as well and it takes upto 7 days. Oh also early July for release of the T610:(
