Marky, the service i got in The Link was some of the worst service i have ever received. Im sure that had i gone anywhere else then i would have recieved much much better service.
The staff were rude and unhelpfull, know nothing about the phones they sell, pretended to know nothing about the problem with the phone, and then tried to tell me it was a feature.
I know now that it is policy not to give refunds on upgrades. Except in exceptional circumstances which this is. They couldnt give me a working T610 and i didnt want an alternative.
