We just wanted it sooner

Besides, now we can start complaing about no TFT screen, no video-funktionality, lack of ram etc. But only until the next phone arrives. Then we'll have brand new things to complain about.

Just because you work in a companys support center
doesn't mean you have alot to say about the developing
of the product you support.
I would say theres few companys where support personel
have that kinda influens.

Don't forget our complaining about the inability to switch off the increasing ringtones! Now that was a bloody stupid idea if ever there was one!
In all fairness though respect must go out to the peeps who work at SE, for no matter how much we find to complain about in their phones they still make the best and we'll keep buying them!
I can't wait for my T610! (Hurry up Orange!)

They sorted out the "phone turning itself off" "problem" by moving the on switch.

I would guess they got the idea to do that from here.

You dont think maybe that the support agents are restricted to tell you everything???

If you are asking them if you call the SE support about common problems... are you stupid ? do you actually think that the are gonna brag about it ?

Its like when Nokia have bad displays, they still say that this is not a common problem...

It is corporate policy in all companys to not say anything about problems.

Like when you sell a car to someone with bad brakes, its best to get all the money in cash before the impending accident happens

It would be good to know if any of our concerns can be remedied by a software upgrade;

The hissing we all know (or should do) is hardware related, so software won't work effectively enough.

Increasing ringing must be software

Flickering screen? Hardware I guess, but could there be a software fix?

Memory leak issues, software again I guess?

Led's, I haven't noticed the green. Only noticed the red once I read about it. Could software make us have a flashing green, for signal confirmation etc.?

Better call list management. I would prefer to know about the last 5 times someone calls, not just the last time. Don't want a date reference the next day, want time too!!! Software...

I am sure there are more...but this is a start...
