My dad told me that he spend 2000 Riyal so that is around 26,000 pesos here in the philippines if 1riyal=13pesos

I've bought pretty much all my phones into Australia from overseas for the past 5 or 6 years and never had a problem with them not working.
Buy from someone reputable like expansys or mphone and you should be right.

Orange pay as u go about £150 so im told:)
this includes £5 airtime with Orange as well..
granted not sim free but u can pay 20 quid @ Orange and they will unlock it also...
suppose one can live with a few logos/extras here and there:)

Otherwise some places tend to sell it $600 or either $700...
