no networks do it officially on Pay as you go. YOull have to buy a sim free one from somewhere, and slap in a pay as you go sim card.
thats how i did it. But you gotta take into account that calls are much more expensive on PAYG when compared to contract...

If you get the T68 on PAYG, forget GPRS. And HSCSD. And MMS - it won't be available on PAYG at the time of writing. Plus, you'll be better off on contract. You only save money on PAYG if you never, ever make any calls - and whats the point of having a phone if thats the case? I used to put about £10 a week on my PAYG phone, working out at £40 a month! I'm now on Everyday 50 on Orange, and paying about £17 a month.

All the UK networks support WAP on prepay.
In addition, Orange will soon release GPRS on PAYG.
