I can't understand the interest in this phone with all these delays.

There's no other phone like it. I think that's why.

ah! but my answer to that is that there is no 'it' for there to be another phone like 'it'!

well for me it was never an issue anyway since it doesn't vibrate (I never use tunes) and doesn't have bluetooth.

The site appears quite UNPROFESSIONAL .... yes UNPROFESSIONAL!

As realistic as it is, as credible as it is and AS REAL AS IT IS, it still appears to be a very underfunded project.

In detail, for example, check out http://www.neonode.com/news_pages.html#nan_1
that is a news part of the site (can be accessed through neonode.com then by pressing news at the bottom of the page (the megaphone). NOW CHECK OUT THE PHOTOGRAPH of the guy holding the phone is his hand....now correct me if I'm wrong but thats a pretty shitty "hand-job" if yopu'll excuse what that sounds like! What I mean to say is that big money projects employ "hand models" for such publicity material. But the hand in the photo has two AWFUL blemishes which upon inspection appears TOTALY unprofessional and shoddy. Check out the scabs on his two fingers below the phone itself.

Abit weird for a technologyu product that they would spend appparently SO LITTLE on such a basic thing!

, Seems like they will never launch the phone, Was a good idea 8 months ago but phone seems dated already and it's not even out yet. Maybe they should forget about it and start working on a new upto date phone.

My guess is that they are going through a "Buyout" deal.
This phone needs full backup for networks to accept it & a buyout deal by say... Nokia means it could still be produced under the same.

The infrastructure for service & backup is the part that may be giving them a headache.

They are already working on a new model but it will not replace the current one, it will be sold simultaneously as a higher end version with a better processor or something like that.
