The thing with the picture being different after taking a picture : I think that it shrinks the viewed image slightly when you are in 'camera' mode (so that the 'save/discard' menu can fit in??), but I think the pic in My Pictures is still the full pic.

I just bought my T610 (Vodafone) yesterday, but it's only 03W16. This is Portugal.
I don't have hissing problem, but the ringtones are very low, I can see a vertical line in the middle of the screen and sometimes the phone makes a reset when i'm in Vodafone Live.
I bet that if I go back at the store they won't do anything, they don't now anything about that and that's it. That's my country.
Ah... in the sun I just can't see anything on the screen, but I think that's general in all T610.

Rob123's right...
The camera shrinks the image slightly for whatever reason, but this isn't a "camera lag".
If you were to point the camera at something and press the button, then move the camera whilst it's processing the image, do you still see that something?? If the camera was to lag, you would see a blur (for example) as you moved the camera 'after' pressing the button.
I think there's a trade-off between the refresh of the camera, and the picture resolution on-screen when moving. Once taken, the screen shows a 'higher resolution' picture of the one just taken (IMHO).
The only thing that bothers me slightly is the couple of seconds waiting for the picture to appear on screen. But all phones take a little while to save the image... my Olympus digital camera takes ages!

Could all you T610-owners please try this:
With the battery a bit low, connect the charger and look at the screen. Do you all see that the screen is flickering as the betteryindicator starts animating? It is more noticable if you have a dark backgroundimage. Is everybody getting this problem or is it just some of us that has a faulty T610?
This is really important to see if its a general problem with all T610 or if some of us just got a bad batch!
Thanks in advance!

@ztikkan: I think its happening with all the T610. There have been a few posts here before about this.
