if you do a master reset - EVERYTHING will be deleted except predefined items.

That means: everything you have put on the phone yourself.
Like:
Contacts
Ringtones
Pics
Games
Wapsettings
etc
etc

The only thing left on the phone are the predefined items - the pics and ringtones and games that came with the phone when you bought it.

Yes, Did the trick a few times, got rid of t-mobile stuff and predefined stuff! And also, still kept all my own pictures and all but 1 of my tones. Also all settings apart from WAP were kept (yes, email stayed as well!).Only 1 thing, only 446 KB of free mem when only 110 KB of stuf on the phone? Somrthing 2 do with a mem bug? I dunno?! Oh well, more than I had before!

Cheers for the help!

I did the 13 sec. trick!

Do you know how much memory do I have now? 2139

I did next:

I did a amster reset, reset all. waited 12 secs, and on 13th second taked out the battery.Next, I waited 30 secs and taked battery back.
Then I powered it on, waited about 30-60 secs. Thats it!

It erased all my contacts in the phone, all the messages, emails and wap/mms settings.

The things that left: some predefined melodies: digirain, greeting, old phone and both SE melodies; Some pics and classical theme.

I now have more than 2MB of memory.

Cool

raven4588, you could have achieved the same result by going through the phone and deleting all the item that are not "predefined". Thats what I did when I got my T610 and I ended up with around the same memory as you, and I didn't have to risk doing the 13 second trick!

O....

then I didn't do it? But I thought that T610 has near 1900 KB (not all 2MB as declarated), because of predefined items, and I've got more than 2

Never mind... It's important that it works fine now.
