My Psion Series 5 handled birthdays and anniversaries really well. It'd even tell you have many years had elapsed. I want to have that back!
What I'd most like to see if an undo function. Available from a menu or through handwriting recognition.
When it comes more fanciful wants, an organic LED display on a flexible plastic substrate would be great, but that's probably 3-5 years away (at this resolution). It'd make the phone much lighter, more robust and would reduce power consumption.
