Hi i'm new as u can tell, my frend as the exact same fone (T610)
While in Cam mode, he presses 1 it will zoom, 2 will change nite mode or day mode,3 to change to b/w.
While my cant so that at all! any ideal whats going on?
Pls clue me in on this as i've never used an SE b4 and this is my 1st.

You have to get the firmware on your phone updated to the latest version...

yup!
while in camera mode,
button 1 switches from Large to Small pic size
2 toggles between day and night mode
3 cycles thru the different effects
4 activates the timer
