@Pachy
Hey mate long time no speak... anyway you're right if you're sending the file to the phone via IR, BT etc... however to put the file on to the phone by other means you dont have to worry about the 12 meg limit of the phones internal memory.
Scouser has mentioned how he is in the industry for movies, however i really dont think many people downloading it on to their P800 is something to worry about. The people who affect the movie industry are the people who sell the movies and sell lots of them. Piracy affects the industry I'm in. I work for a video games developer and it is very disheaterning to see copies of the game you've just spent 2 years to make being downloadable before it even hits the shelves. However there isn't much you can do about it. Improving the copy protection mearly ups the challenge for the crackers.... but they will eventually get past it.

The bad things about these files is that they are 55minutes and that the p800 doesn;t play longer then 25min. then the immage stops and the sounds goes one.so where do we find an mp4 cutter ?

only 25 minutes? are you sure?. I thought that the P800 was able to play videos as long as you like

I have encoded my own mp4 versions of several films and TV shows for the P800 including the Matrix Reloaded and whilst the counter on the video player does not like long films, it does play them.
Encoded them using PacketVideo Author 3 and have had no problems, Terminator 3 was about 90Mb and worked fine!

well mpeg4 movies have higher quality then mpeg1 in the same amount of space due to better compression, thus if you lower screen resolution to match that of the p800 using a frame rate and resolution converter, Viola!!! smaller file size, same frame rate... its hardly noticeable when you watch it on a smaller screen, kinda like when you watch a low res video on your desktop, looks ok in original size... looks crappy when you enlarge it. I am waiting for my p800 to arrive so that I may try out my theory.. but please feel free to try it yourselves...
