brimme can u post the settings u used? i got animatrix on my fone now but the sound really sucks...and its a little jerky when theres fast motion. i converted from divx to indeo avi at around 320 x 240 then used pv author 3 to get it to mp4...THEN quicktime 6.3 to 3gp. cheers

Use any of the P800 profiles. They can be found in the Device Specific folder. And although I'm pretty sure they all use it already, just make sure you are encoding the audio in GSM_ARM. Use 12.2kbps if you want it a little clearer, and you can only encode ARM in mono.
