for mac users...

Just go to the apple store and order the one there online

I bought mine before i got the T610 coz it wasn't out yet and i was waiting 2 months in pain and agony until it came out.

When i got it, plugged in my BT adapter to my iBook, paired the devices, and synced my address book and calendar, all in around 1 minute!! And i haven't done that before. So instead of going through the routine of putting in your contacts manually once u get a new phone, i had my whole contacts list and my 8 week calendar on my phone within a minute.

No installations, no nothing.

not to mention the native smsing and phone dialing/answering provided in OS X

Apple macs... the way to go

its a D-Link bluetooth adapter, but it won't work for windows PC's. however if their mac version works like a dream, i believe the D-Link windows bluetooth adapter will work too.

I can testify for the Belkin F8T001 (the chunkier of the two dongles, with a fold-up aerial) in Win2K. Good hardware, but ignore all the drivers that come with it (and with the phone) and download the latest from the web.

Belkin (Tecom OEM) is 1-st generation dongle. It is good, but too old already and too big. Let see for G-II dongles with Widdcom R3 software or even R4.

I've found the fastest method for multiple MP3 xfer to my 64meg duo stick is to unplug it from the phone, put it in a card reader and write to that. Write via cable took forever.
