Thank youIf your T-Mobile sim works on the Cingular phone, then the phone's unlocked. If not, then it's locked to Cingular, in which case you'll have to call Cingular and ask them for the unlocked code. I've heard Cingular's not very helpful in that department, even more so if you're no longer a customer.
I thought all European phones are sold unlocked. Since when did they start locking phones?
