let me put it straight and simple
u trade in ur P800 for a P900 and pay the difference
this phone isnt meant for ppl who cant afford it
at least so I think..
I dont think ppl who dish out 5months pay check for this phone r who the phone is aimed at
so for the ppl who this phone is aimed at, I dont think they hv a big probelm with the P900...
so basically I'll be paying like 250$ for a P900
and btw, I shelled out a lot more than 600$ when I got my P800
and it's been 1yr that I hv it
so it's about time I change it

Anyways at the risk of boring everyone futher, here goes - I agree that toys like P800 and P900 are not for people that have to spend 5 months pay to get it - but let me assure you that I have no troubles affording any phone I want - to me its about 2-3 days pay. I am a geek for gadgets, and gladly spend alot of money on all the gadgets I buy. Name almost any gadget and I had it at some time or another. In my country theres no trade-in program. I shelled out 942$ for my P800 - and would have to shell out another 942$ where I live if I wanted the P900 also. Thats not the problem in itself but even though I have no problem affording a P900 - I am still aware of the value of money and like to get my moneys worth. I simply cannot see that SE in the P900 fixes any of the objections I have against the P800 - hence I see no reason to spend the extra 942$ to replace my P800 with a P900. For new buyers I think its nice - its not that I think the P800 or P900 are bad devices - not at all - I really think they are the top of its class - and the P900 are nicer than the P800 - I just dont think they are perfect - there are still room for improvements.
But what I think is most sad is really, that it seems that on this particular board, the SE fanatics are so clouded by their fanatism that they lose the ability to keep an objective mind - and immediately jump at anyone that happens to post the slightest comments that stray away from "hey I love my SE phone, It rox, F*** Nokia and all the rest". Now if something is boring, its mindles cheering of a brand just because of the brand without the ability to objectively also see the things that could benefit from improvements. I am kinda SE fanatic myself - I love my SE phones - but that does not make them perfect - and it does not make me blind to their imperfections. And it does not make me feel the urge to jump at people just for not sharing my views.

And hey..... this might be lsightly off topic... but here goes: I would really really really like a P900 (coz i dun have a P800 now and i like that too... this will be lsightly better for me tho) however i dun have the cash at this time.... mite not have it for quite some time.... but ONE DAY I WILL GET A P900!!!

Well, I am mostly getting one because it is SOOO much thinner and therefore fits alot better in my pockets
