Maybe Nokia forgot to test this phone under extreme conditions:
1. Freezing temps
2. Dropping it from 6 feet or more.
3. Letting a women talk on it for as long as she thinks it's appropriate

i cant understand how a phone can blow up. its like something out of die hard 3. actually ram can blow up.
anyway, in nokias defence the two people mentioned in the article i posted were using unofficial batteries. but that still doesnt add up.
but the picture in page 1 of this thread shows an official nokia battery in the blowd up phone.
