Thiere is a store chain here, claiming that 52% of phones are returned for repair during the first year.

However, a lot of people take the phones to the shops to get firmware upgrades. If they are counting those as well, I am not really surprised with that number.

Most ppl who buy mobile phones are still not very knowledgeable about them, so i would guess that of the phones taken 2 the SE service centre, only a small percentage would be 4 a firmware upgrade. This message was posted from a T68i

By wich one statistic?
It`s not true!

The most failure phones are Nokia`s! 33% (every 3th).
SE phones has failure 20% (every 5th)
the best phones are Samsung less than 10% failure.

I think the most bugging phones are really SE and LG. But SE phones can a bit debug problems usually. I have not seen any problems on nokia, but I believe that some are. On siemens I don't know, but on samsung I really haven't seen any bugs. P.s. All this facts I know while I used this phones. I don't believe statistics This message was posted from a WAP device

@artemiy:

really? U haven`t seen any problems with Nokia`s phones?
I can`t believe it. Nokia`s phones have a lot of failures.
For example 3310, 3310 ---> every 3th was minimum 3 times into servis per year... just for exzample...
and I don`t speak now about Nokia`s Firmwares and restarts..
