Looks like a something from Star Trek.
It's not a PDA phone... its a media phone.
I don't think it has a good calendar and todo app.
And it cannot edit word and excel like the P800 and P900 (with QuickOffice).
It even disappointed Nokia fans because it isn't a replacement for the Communicator!!! Just because it's touch screen means it is a PDA.

The thing that most people seemed to have missed is that the 7700 has EDGE support which means (if any operator in Europe ever gets around to implementing it) you can get about 384 k/s on the downlink (with no-one else in your cell, a following wind, etc. etc.)
Now that is an interesting proposition, almost 3G access speed from 2.5/2.75G technology.
For those in the know all that the operators require for EDGE is a base station software upgrade as it just changes the coding technique for GPRS, a much cheaper way to provide 3G access speeds.
If only the P900 had EDGE I might just consider buring a hole in my wallet................
