I open the theme in Theme Creator Pro, make a screenshot, crop the screenshot to what I want to show and upload that as 1 picture

All thise because I couldn't actually think of an easier way....

cue for anybody to point out that there is infact a much easier way!

all i do is press print screen with theme creater open and open adobe photoshop paste and crop then upload it (see link for full details).

Edit 2: As dissableing BB and HTML code still produce's "/" then:

Edit: great theme

.

open your theme in theme creater, press print screen on your keyboard, open paint, press ctrl+V (if it asks you, if you'd like to resize press yes), select the M A R Q U E E tool (looks like a rectangle with dotted line) and click and drag until it includes all you want to include,press ctrl+C, then press ctrl+N (if it asks if you want to save press no) press ctrl+V and then save the pic, go to http://www.uploadit.org and you know the rest
