@tylast, dont know where in the world you are based, but NO UK sims allow multi accounts on one sim, but Orange UK allow line 2 which is two live accounts on the P900 (NOT P800) but only one can be used for sms, the other being just voice calls,
US,Indonesia ETC do allow multi sims, with "on screen" switching.
As i am UK based i use a twin sim on my P9, it is ONE simcard with two cut down sims in it,it works by powering ON/OFF, but evidently when used in some Nokia phones this device can be swiched by inputting a keypress code (Like #3370#).

I don't believe you could have two number activated at once. No phones, as far as I'm aware, can have two active SIMs at once. So, no, you wouldn't be able to receive calls from either number - unless it was supported by the operator.
Orange UK, for example, allow you to have two numbers attached to the one account/SIM, and receive calls from either - but this is all done at their end and not at the user's.
It would be nice if you could get round it so easily, but alas no.
