As my experience of having a club with a 'name' in my country I have a year of experience with P800 and P900 club. Their in Dutch (and URL is in my Sig). And we have about 1125 members on Club P800 and
160 on Club P900 (the last one was online when SE put their P900 online).

We wanted to be popular and we added software (also some illegal) on the website. Just 4 weeks ago we received an email from Symbian developers that our website was very nice but was on a 'blacklist'.
So we removed our software because we wanted to remain our contacts with them. Also they said they are going to take more legal acts againt such suppliers of software that way. It's the same as uploading a file on a forum that is illegal, we (the administrators of the Club) are playing policemen and watch if there aren't any 'illegal' files uploaded. Also a connection (links) to website which provide illegal software were forbidden for us this is what we paid for the information we now get.

I would like to join your website and give some feedback but if there is going to be a connection with illegal software I ain't gonna join.

I like the initiative but it will be a hell of job, that's why we remained only in Dutch but we are capable of going international but it is to much work for just 2 administrators.

You can always contact us if you need some information or more.
You can contact me on playzonegroup@planet.nl
* Only if your intentions for the website aren't providing illegal software.

Well if you are offering for example QuickOffice for free (with Crack not said on website but in Downloaded file/Rar/Zip) then it will be illegal. Be very careful with that and the same with authorosize other people to upload, it is difficult to check!

I hope you will understand that issue, I just warn you guys for the acts that will be taken. You don't have to listen to it. But if you wanna do it 'safe' let there be freeware on the website only posted by the administrators and no 'free' upload place.

Is it not enough to say that you don’t accept responsibility for anything uploaded by members, unless you know it is illegal?
