The first time i whas doing an uppgrade the guy behind the desk just looked at me and told me it took two months to do it.
Then i told him i would never buy a phone from him again and walked to the next phone store and it took me 15mins.

apparently, they said, is that once u change sim card. text sms will be reset to cater for the new sim card. is it true?
2) All "my words" for text sms will be erased
