To upgrade your T610's firmware, you have to take it back to the shop or to a sony ericsson service centre. If your phone is still under warranty, they will do it for free. If it's not, you will have to pay!

If you bought your phone from a shop, they should be able to upgrade it for you. They might have to send it off though, which means you'll be without your phone for a few days
Otherwise, search
www.google.com to find your nearest SE service centre.
