I think this is a mixture between fact and fiction. Fact, SE's Chinese version of the P900 is called P908, not P980. Fiction, would be talking about the 1.3 megapixel camera. What i want more than any new features, or better quality camera and so on in the next P series phone is support for duo pro sticks. Cause 128 MBs on a phone that takes pictures, plays and records videos, plays MP3s and what not is just not enough!
So first release a firmware upgrade for the current P900 to support the pro series!

I have found broken sources on the internet that the P900 successor will use PalmOS instead of SymbianOS. If so this could be Sony's Ericssons true competitor to the XDA2.
Also the next logical step for the P series would be a 3G model

P1000 probably would be the real name
as I think it's codename T300 - P900 + brighter bigger screen, 1.3 camera, WiFi, more memory - that\s all
