Contrary to what some of you think, The SX1 is a great device despite its keypad arrangement. From the solid, classy build quality to the screen quality.. All praises here in the philippines for the beautiful design (admit it, its a much better looking device than the ugly 6600 and the p900), the built in fm tuner, the crisper screen, the better camera. Personally I just love the design. The P900 squeaks and has the worst camera and screen quality while the 6600 has bad design and bugs. I know a lot of you would object to my thoughts because this is an SE forum, but this is just me..

Just when did Seimens got better than Sony Ericsson?? eh?lol.

All phones have bugs and fortunately they can be fixed so no big deal there. But SX having a better design than P900 or 6600 is debatable. Try texting with SX using only one hand, and you wish you have a 5110 instead.lol

One hand texting is fine if you have long fingers. But then againl, you would rather use a 5110...

Yeah right.. and i have one friend who had a T65 and another who had a T66, they both sucked big time, so (Sony) Ericssons are all rubbish..
God, I wish all things in life was this simple..

I've played with a 6600 quite a few times and for long periods (like 4hrs and such)
and I think the SX1 is a far greater device
sure it has it's bugs
a lot of em
but u can live with em

6600 has it's own share of bugs
new firmware is expected soon for the SX1
and verm, the SX1 is more expensive than the P900
P900 goes for about 600$ in dubai now... if the price hasnt dropped more.. whereas the SX1 still goes for about 750$-800$

the keypad layout isnt that hard to get used.. took me about 4-5 days
I text at a reasonable pace.. that of a typical cell phone user.
it can be easily used with one hand..
512MB MMC is by far better than the crappy 128mb limitation
camera superceeds that of the 6600 and P900
once the new fw comes out (some claims that it is out) it will piss all over the 6600
the P900 is a different class of smartphone
u cant compare the two
they are aimed at different markets and different purposes.. P900 is biz, SX1 is entertainment
that is y I own the both

also SX1 has the most addictive game.. mozzles

That was obvious from the very first pictures of the SX1. But it's actually closer to the 3660, both are Series 60 1.0 on Symbian OS 6.1, while the 6600 is Series 60 2.0 on Symbian OS 7.0s.

Samsung and Sendo are also licensed Series 60 companies.
