Had a cust who swore the phone didn't work right. We could find zip wrong. So he walked outside and slammed it into the ground, then said he wanted to file an insurance claim. The GM explained to him that intentional damage not covered by insurance, and we would not be replacing the phone even with the deductible, as well as his accoutn would be noted! Ha ha!
