you can surf for free on o2-uk pre pay gprs too. ive been abusing it for ages now, so far this month ive clocked up 35MB lol

If you are on prepaid, you have nothing to worry about. Since they can't really find you.
If you are on postpaid, and there were PUBLISHED rates for the usage at the time, they can usually still bill you up to X months after, where X = number of months stipulated in the user agreement, which you were made aware of when you signed up for your mobile service.

hi buds, here in PERU wap over GPRS is free, Tim operator, since september 2k3, downloads up to 125kbps. pre and post paid. at begining it was over CSD but its not free now. Anybuddy can post howmuch does it cost(gprs) on your country and operator. Reg.

here in spain on movistar,they have a game download service, which costs 3€/game, but they take about 10 minutes to charge u, so, what a mate of mine does, is download about 10 games i a 10minute gprs session...
I cant cause im on contract and on vodafone
