Ah well.

As for the P800 option, look at my avatar, I already have one. Got one on the day of release, but can't justify spending another whack on the P900.

I'm with O2 at the moment on the Online OffPeak 500 MMS tariff, which gives me 550 minutes a month, 50 of them are Xnet, and 500 texts, and 0.5MB of GPRS, but I hate texting on the P800.

If the P800 had predictive text I wouldn't bother looking for a new phone, but it's got to the stage where I need a phone with it.

The 'Free P900' deal is over I'm afraid. It ran from the beginning of December '03 (approx) until about a week or so ago. I work at O2 and that's how I got mine. The demand for the P900 was such that O2 went through four months stock in about a fortnight. It did come back into stock FOC recently, but that changed pretty quickly.

I didn't realise what a great phone I was getting. I was just going to sell it on Ebay!

Well I got one from a Scottish O2 store.

I went in and seen it was £279.99, asked the guy if it were still available on the £45 per month tariff for free.
He said no.

I walked out the shop, had walked 50 yards and he called me back to say they can do it as they had 'one left.'

Wahay!!!!

Now I just need to sell the P800 on eBay!
