@ kenneth,
that's the reason then for the higher price. yung blue pala ang nabili mo. am not sure abt the exact difference between the two, ang alam ko lang mas bagong version na yung blue kesa white. and it's supposed to transfer data faster than the white one.

fortunately, MG is not supported by SE phones so you can pass on music, files, etc with out any problem. that's the only difference.
in terms of speed, i don't think the faster ones have hit the market yet as they have only recently been announced. if a salesman tries to sell you a purple one for a higher price, then i am pretty sure he is just scamming you.

white is the first batch of ms that came out... obsolete already.. the price was as high as P7,500 last year (april to july).
blue- high speed (but im not sure if P8/P9 can see the difference) it is now flooding the market.. i was selling it for P4,500 (before the exchange rate hike) but now i have no more stock available.
you can go to semicon rockwell and ask the staff where you can buy it.
if you guys have been visiting pinoy chit-chat.... probably you can buy the ms duo at cheaper price.
