P900 is still king.
I just hope they incorporate a Coke vendo machine in the P1000, or whatever they want to call it. Haha! ;D
Digital zoom? what for? the resolution is too low to even consider digital zoom. If it had something like a 10 megapixel resolution, i'll probably start considering using such a feature.

As i own a p900 i am obviously not that concerned about these new phones as i will keep my p900, therefore i havent really read any of the new SE threads, you can call it ignorant but its the truth.
anyway just wondering if these new phones will have online firmware updates? or is the p900 still in a class of its own there aswell?

b4 i got my p900 i was a nokia 7210 user, and trust me that is a basic fone
after i got my p900 i knew/worker out how to use it within 1day

Wow P900 Me too! cool man... I made the mistake of going to a Nokia last year. I had a T68i before that, I loved it, but @ the time the 7210 was the best 'upgrade' for me... I did it, and regretted it for 12 months, even with that POS Camera addon, I hated it... So basic, I wanted my T68i back. I dont think you can really generalise Nokia users... Just the ones that maybe 'want a fone', who happen to buy a Nokia. That crop of people are rather clueless, but they aren't interesting in mp4 video, mp3 ringtones and bluetooth, so fair play to them. Let them all buy Nokias if they like, I couldn't care less... Just like all them muppets who use Windows!! heh ...

well i was making a generalisation, some of my mates have nokias and most business users use nokias and they must know what they're talking about. i guess the point i was trying to make is that the huge majority of nokia users are young and mainstream and aren't the best audience to make smartphones for. Se's phones are much less mainstream and their higher end phones are aimed at a much older demographic than nokias high end phones. For example, the current smartphone that nokia is raving about isnt really a smartphone at all - more of a youth aimed media player, whereas the p900 has always been about its organiser functions with its media playing capacities a close second.
oh, and i used to own a nokia too

so,i read the posts on this subject.first of all,the fact that i own a p900 doesn't mean that se is my own company.i mean that other companies will play hard on this smartphone market.nokia 7700 will be a good seller despite its ugly shape.windows smartphones will be behind symbian i think because microsoft has no history in mobile os.but they have money.SE has now the advantage and my p900 will still be the best for the next months.new devices will appear and finally p900 will be obsolete.but i am very happy that i bought it.i will never have a phone below it's capabilities.so, until something better is released,we can all be happy that our gadget is still the best one around.good job,se.and for those who don't like this,i relly don't care...
