Logically thinking I would say they would. Since companies pay mucho $ for customer research for people who will buy there phones, what these people want from the phone. And here is the perfect place to find out what the people who will be buying the phone are.. For SE this is probably considered a gold mine!

congratulations for those who have a friendly, and well trained se customer service who knows what they are talking about and stuffs.
as fo me, i am living in jakarta, indonesia. and boy oh boy the se customer service SUX BIG TIME here, they are stupid, and unfriendly.
I was watching in horror when the se customer service trying to get the phone off the holster (ict-13). they almost break the plastic holster apart, until i stopped them. wat da hell...
and i have to teach them how to get my phone t68i out from the holster

Yah..one good example is we have been requesting SE to enable memory dtick support higher than 128mb for several months. but still they havent fullfilled it. everytime, when a new firmware version is out, we look for that feature but it seems that se doesnt even bother abt it.

Sadly here in india the customer service is rotten. Obviously they don't know about esato! They think ppl buy phones for just calls! They aint even aware that some ppl actually use it for mms or wap over gprs too! :-(
