They will sue you if they find out. No doubt about that... By hosting the Playboy rabbit image (modified or not), you are violating the Playboy copyright. Ask me, I know.

If you remove the "PLAYBOY" text I dont think they can sue you(But I would listen to Laffen, or you could mail them and ask for permission)

I hate intellectual property rights. As if a P900 theme is hurting their name or image. I mean, they publish a magazine featuring naked women... I don't think I am going to do much to damage their reputaion.

I think this is totally acceptable as it may affect their commercial appearance in the world and/or their profitability/marketability or any other commercial value of their enterprise.
therefore I can fully understand a company like playboy wishing to protect their image, even if it is "only" in the illegal use of their trade mark in mobile phone themes etc, i.e. the bunny when used without their permission and without their control

It is just a hassle and makes things difficult when people like us are trying to make a theme or wallpaper based on our favorite drink, food, magazine, OS, etc. We are in essence SUPPORTING their cause. We have stolen nothing - we are not making money nor are we giving away their product for free. We, in cases such as this, have taken nothing from their pocket.
Unless of course Playboy has made a theme for the P900 and offered it for sale. But I don't think that is the case.

REALLY nice theme. Only one small problem I've discovered: when txting with flip closed, if u select the "symbols" option (ie. by pressing and holding the hash button on the p9) the screen that follows is completely grey and it is impossible to see any txt, even when selected. Presumably this is because the txt has the same colour as the background? Anyone else concur? Only one minor glitch with what has to be my favourite theme so far.
