Nope, doesn't work, 999,112,08. None of them. MY flip is ON, keylock ON, and ressing OK after the number doesn't make a difference. It's an orange branded phone, Firmware is CDA162004/3. Why is this important to me? Was going to loan 'phone to a "friend" (for emergencies), and they can't quite figure out how to take keylock off...Would take FAR too long to explain!

I have UK orange branded phone too. Same fireware I believe and same thing. Cannot call 999 when lock is on!

Sorry i misunderstood you. Are the numbers in your SOS Numbers section? There is "999" listed though.

Every phone maker oso make this function when u have keylock on ur handphone, it's not onli SE. i think this post should end, it's useless to explain such thing to the initial poster.

eh? no i think its quite interesting that orange seem to have removed to option to call 999 when phone is locked. i wonder if its the same in their next fw update?
