The first thing that won my heart about NetFront is the fact that I could create and configure my own start page i.e the page that loads when you open the browser. On my PC, I created a page with all my essential links. I even included my own custom logo, then copied it to my P800 and configured the browser to load that when opened. Real neat. Opera couldnt do that. This message was posted from a P800

@AYA
You can make your own homepage on opera ..u need a file manager program on your phone then change d:\system\apps\opera\home.html ...and add your images etc to d:\system\apps\opera\images

or change the d to c if its installed on phone not memorycard .

I have done this myself and have my own home page with various links i want on it

@wiggs: Does this homepage load automatically when you open Opera? I just spent the last 20 minutes trying out NetFront via CSD - & found it handled a secure transaction Opera & Internet always bungled. Another plus for NetFront in my books, as that transaction is one I had always wanted to be able to execute anywhere, anytime. This message was posted from a P800

So far, NetFront's ahead of Opera on my rating. Good UI, some advanced functionality, plus it does everything Opera can do, to the best of my knowledge. This message was posted from a P800

I hate NetFront!

After read this Topic I installed NetFront and unistalled my Opera, and what did I got?

More than 3 times white blank in my P900 screen that can't be stopped even by clicking power off. I should open the battery cover to shut the phone power off.

Of course I read the manual and follow the setting instruction but when I open some pages NetFront always says SSL warning or something like that.

Or, I sometimes successfully open the pages but I don't like the setting of NetFront to fit in my P900 Screen. Further, Opera is faster than NetFront.

So I decided to uninstalled and throw away NetFront and back to my lovely Opera.

I tried NetFront but Opera is better according to me. NetFront felt faster than Opera though but Opera is more stable. I like NetFront and it's easier to change window with NetFront than with Opera. If NetFront was more stable I would choose it
