service center is...anyone got a link with addresses??

Better yet, why don't they make the firmware downloadable? I mean, it can't be that hard.......just like a virus definitions or Windows Update patch installation.
SE should release a site to download the new FW, then you can transfer the file to your phone via usb/bluetooth, and install it yourself. Nice and easy, and cuts the cost of operation on their end as well.
