no offence intended but i just think the colour makes it look less appealing with the p900 it looks more sophisticated and the colour appeals to a wider range of peeps thats all

im sure its a great phone but the p900 definately wins on looks alone, thats what i think anyway

@marceta

i agree beauty is definatley in the eyes of the beholder

im just saying that if i was in thelink or any other phone shop and the p900 and p800 were both out at the same time and i had to choose on LOOKS alone i would choose the p900

thats just personal preference

everyone has different taste thats just mine

hey, take it easy. the point of this thread is for people to express their opinion and I happen to agree with thecopperfield to a certain extent.

many people have stated an opinion since last year that the electric blue p800 looks like a kids toy

and I think this maybe the reason why even themselves show the mineral grey on their product and support pages now

while I find it hard to call any phone "sexy" I do think the P900 has a more appealing style than either of the P800s above

i call my phone sexy all though i do call it Eric aswell hehee.

anyways as mentioned before it does come down to personal tast. if some 1 brought a p8 over a p9 they are obviosly going to like its style better, thats why they brought it. i have a p800 and love it, i know a few business people with p800s but dont know ne one with a p900 (personaly), so to say that a certain phone apeals to a certan group is crap other wise these people i know would b walking round with p900s.
both phones are very similar and looked apon with prestege. ive got people coming up to me all the time telling me ive got a fully sick phone and asking if they can have a go. in my view the p800 cant look to cheap if they r admiring ur phone. i image this is the same for p900 owners.
you cant convince people which phone lookes better as often love makes you blind.
and thats my 2 cents

Quite philosophical, that one!!

I think that the P900 does look better than the P800 (of which I own one!). I have to admit I'm not a big fan of that blue colour, that mineral grey one in the picture a few posts back looks a lot better, but I guess it's a case of horses for courses. Both phones look different to the norm, and I've had quite a few comments on the P800 (mostly positive!)

One poster in another thread summed it up quite interestingly when he referred to the P900 as a '1970s calcuator' and the P800 as a 'blue brick'. Surprisingly accurate!!
