I believe the next step up from Terapixel would be Petapixel, a googol is defined as 1 with a hundred zeros after it.
Speaking seriously for a moment, there comes a point when it is pointless to increase the pixel density any further because the human eye wouldn't be able to see the improvement.

Thats a bit untrue.

The higher the MP the better for zooming in on PC, If you took a photo from the PEAK in Hong Kong and had a "googol"(1with1000(0) MP, you would be able to zoom in and see into every window. and each window would be about 1MP.

That will be amazing! but I dont think I will be alive when that tech is out! and my kids wont be alive when that tech is out on phones!!
